Return & Refund Policy

Please be informed that we strive our best to cater to all your product demands to the fullest without the need for Return or Refund at any cost. We quality-check each and every product at both junctures: right after receiving our products in wholesale from our Supply Partner, and right before final dispatch to our beloved customers. 

We make our best efforts to attempt safest packaging so that it reaches your hands in the best conditions without any damage, wear or tear. However, in very rare cases, the scenario may get out of ‘our’ control, and may cause transit damage. When there arises an unfortunate condition, we would certainly stand responsible in attending to your return/refund requests. 

That said, listed below are our return and refund policies curated to serve you the best. 

  • Product refunds/returns are accepted if and only if the product we have dispatched has an evident damage right at the time of unboxing. 
  • To appeal for a refund, customers are requested to provide an “uncut” video of unboxing the product that clearly showcases the product damage in the video. Note that, any cut (or edits) in the video shall not be accepted as proof for return/refund requests) 
  • The time period for raising your return/refund request is a total of maximum 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel (including also the exact date of receiving the courier in hands). Say, you receive it on 7th of November, you are allowed to raise a return request until end of 13th of November after which, your requests cannot be accepted at our end 
  • In case of refund requests, the request shall be checked, and refund amount shall be processed at our end within 7 to 10 working days from the date of raising your return requests. Say, a customer raises return request on 1st of November 2024, the refund process may take up to 8th to 11th of November 2024. 
  • Returns or refunds shall not be accepted if you have a mindset change in your product choice, product color or product theme, or that you no longer need it for other subjective reasons
  • In case of product returns, customers are requested to take care of logistics in getting the parcel delivered back to us, as we currently do not facilitate returns pick-up 

We have invested our best efforts to post clear product pictures with sizing and color information of each one of our products along with pricing details for the ease of buying of our customers. Besides, we cover maximum of our products as video on our YouTube channel and Instagram handles for clearer view of the product and its utility. So, we request you to kindly check all the product specifications (and videos, if possible) before placing your orders so that there is no necessity for unwanted product return/refund requests.
