Shipping Policy

Each one of the orders we receive is processed with utmost focus on on-time delivery, precision in packing and product safety.

Orders placed with us shall reach your hands on-time, provided you have shared precise address with an active contact number for phone calls and WhatsApp communication, if need be 

Listed below is the approximate delivery timeline for various locations:

• Deliveries within Chennai may reach within 3 to 5 ‘working days’ from the date of confirming your order
• Deliveries within Tamil Nadu apart from Chennai may reach within 5 to 7 ‘working days’ from the date of confirming your order
• Deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, but within India shall reach within 7 to 10 ‘working days’ from the date of confirming your order depending on your geography

Note: 

• Working days do not include weekend holidays or special holidays like Independence Day, Diwali, Ayudha Poojai, Christmas or Pongal, as our delivery partners will not be available for process deliveries
• We undertake PAN India shipping including Pondicherry 
• We DO NOT ship our products overseas

We request our customers to share ‘precise’ delivery address, and kindly be available to attend to phone calls and messages at the time of delivery so that we avoid unnecessary delays at either end.
